ROUTE INSPECTION

Check the destination region first, then choose a route type

SQLVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Route selection depends on more than geography: consider the destination, local network egress and current link status. A nearby route usually shortens the round trip, but when content is hosted elsewhere, a route in the destination region is often more direct.

The table below shows how common regions and route types are organized. In practice, choose the region that matches your destination, then compare direct, relay and dedicated routes. Streaming support is indicated by the route label in the client. For uninterrupted playback, stay on a working route and avoid frequently changing the egress region.

Route status reference

Dynamic status is provided for route selection only. Region, route type, latency and bandwidth data come from the route-status component and do not represent fixed results.

Country/region City Route type Streaming
Asia routes
Japan Tokyo IEPL dedicated Supported
Japan Osaka Relay Supported
Hong Kong Hong Kong IEPL dedicated Supported
Singapore Singapore Relay Supported
South Korea Seoul Direct Supported
Americas and Europe routes
United States Los Angeles Relay Supported
Germany Frankfurt Direct Supported

Choosing a route for AI tools

Confirm the service’s region and account environment first, then choose a stable route in the matching region. If the connection works but the page loads incompletely, keep the client configuration unchanged and switch to another route in the same region. This makes it easier to tell whether the issue comes from one link, browser cache, account status or the destination service.

Choosing a route for continuous streaming

Streaming depends on sustained throughput and regional consistency. Choose a route before playback and avoid changing regions during playback. If buffering occurs, lower the player quality first and check whether the connection recovers, then try another route in the same region. The streaming label in the client reduces trial and error, but the content library is still determined by the platform.

RACK AUDIT

Rack checklist: inspect connection quality step by step

Network acceleration is not defined by speed alone. Path length, route topology, destination region, device conditions and usage context all affect the experience. The following six checks are arranged in a practical troubleshooting order, with the service approach, suitable scenarios and verifiable facts for each one.

PATH / STABILITY

Adjust the path according to the destination and route status

Peak-hour performance is shaped by local egress, international links and the destination service entrance. SQLVPN provides switchable paths across regions and topologies, so users can filter by destination region and compare route status within that region. If a page opens but responds slowly, switch between routes in the same region before repeatedly changing client settings; this better preserves consistency between the account region and access environment.

Stable connections also depend on the device side. Crowded Wi-Fi, background sync tasks and system proxy conflicts can all cause fluctuations, so separate route switching from local network checks. Fix the device and network first, then compare routes for a more reliable diagnosis.

R-01 Peak-hour stability

Adjust the path according to the destination and route status

Peak-hour performance is affected by local egress, international links and the destination service entrance. Filtering by destination region first, then comparing routes in that region, reduces account-region changes and keeps troubleshooting clearer.

R-02 No-logs policy

Handle connections within clear data boundaries

SQLVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the web content users access. No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password.

R-03 Multi-device access

One subscription for everyday work devices

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported, with unlimited devices. Get the client and subscription from the user panel.

R-04 AI tool access

Choose a stable egress for long connections and continuous responses

AI tools involve login redirects, continuous responses and file uploads. Keep the destination region consistent first, then compare routes in that region to locate connection issues more easily.

R-05 Streaming routes

Choose streaming routes by content region

Choose the region based on the target content library, then check the route’s streaming label. Keeping the region stable during playback can reduce re-detection and session interruptions.

R-06 Refund protection

Make decisions using your actual network environment

Testing routes on your usual devices, network and real destinations is more reliable than relying on someone else’s speed test. SQLVPN offers a 60-day refund policy.

CAPACITY PLAN

Choose by monthly traffic, not by device count

All three monthly plans support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices. The main difference is monthly traffic. Monthly traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Choose based on typical web browsing, file transfers and streaming usage rather than simply selecting the highest tier.

60GB / MONTH

Light use

¥9.9 / month

Suitable for light use centered on web browsing, email, document collaboration and AI text tools. If large file transfers and long streaming sessions are uncommon, this tier makes recurring costs easier to control.

  • 60GB monthly traffic
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy

500GB / MONTH

High-traffic use

¥28 / month

Suitable for frequent streaming, larger file transfers or heavier use across multiple devices. Before choosing, check your actual traffic needs rather than selecting a higher tier simply because you have more devices.

  • 500GB monthly traffic
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices

How to estimate the right tier

Start by separating text-based tasks from continuous-transfer tasks. Web pages, documents and text chats usually use less traffic, while video playback, system updates and large-file syncing use more. Begin with the tier closest to your daily needs, monitor actual usage and adjust if necessary.

What happens when upgrading mid-cycle

When a monthly subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. This lets you adjust the tier as usage changes without waiting for the current cycle to end. Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported; check the order status in the user panel.
